Since I recently started my work as a postdoctoral researcher in the IT-department at Uppsala University, after more than a decade of teaching and performing research at KTH, I decided to try something new – I just started my personal academic blog!
My intention here is to publish posts related to what I’m currently working on as a means of forcing myself to reflect on and discuss what I’m doing. Since my main focus during my years as a postdoc will relate to the eHealth area, and more specifically effects of making medical records available to patients online, most of my posts will probably be related to that research area. I will, however, also lead pedagogical development studies related to social media in higher education so posts concerning that area will also be frequent in a short while.
Even though my main focus will be on present studies and published work I will, especially now in the beginning, go back in time in some posts and try to summarize what I have been working on during my many years as research engineer, Ph.D student, researcher and teacher at KTH.
